IMS Systems Inc., a subsidiary company of IMS Messsysteme GmbH, Germany, was established in
Wexford, Pennsylvania, on 24 March 2000, and currently employes a staff of 10 persons engaged in
commissioning and after-sales service, and sales & marketing activities throughout North America.

IMS Messsysteme GmbH is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of isotope, x-ray and optical
measuring systems. With our products we offer precision measurement technology for material
inspection during the manufacturing process. Measuring systems from IMS detect the outer
contours of steel and aluminum strip for flat strip and tubes.

In the field of strip refinement our systems inspect various coatings on base material. All our
measuring systems measure continuously without making direct physical contact with the material
being measured, and can be used to control equipment in the production line.

With our quality management system we further offer a central system for logging and analysis
of all measured production data.

Our products are used around the world in a wide variety of industrial plants to, among other
goals, optimize production processes.
