When we have received your device our repair department will send you a notice of receipt with your RMA number. We will then send you a cost estimate, usually within 2 – 3 weeks at the latest. We will repair the device immediately after your approval of the cost estimate.
You can also address your inquiries to us telephonically during our office hours. Please have the project and order number readily at hand.
